1. For individual customers
1.1. Multi -functional card account: Services being expanded are included as follows:

Credit transfer: Currently, credit transfer among accounts is allowed by DAB as follows:

Among DAB multi- functional cards.
Between DAB multi- functional cards and DAB credit cards.
Between DAB multi- functional cards and VND non- term deposit account for individual customers.
Between DAB multi- functional cards and VND non- term deposit account for corporate customers.

Online payment: Service of online payment for buying goods thru website for online sales (see downloading of attachment ).
Invoice payment: Services for payment of electricity fee, water fee, fixed telephone fee, mobile phone fee, internet fee and tuition ect for invoices of cardholders or others . (See downloading of attachment).
Buying pre-paid card: Service for buying topup code of mobile phone cards, pre-paid cards etc.
Electronic top up: Service of deducting money from bank accounts into Game account (Silver, …), Mobile phone (VnTopup), Vcash, electronic wallet (MobiVi’, VnMart) …
Enquiring of information: Checking of balance, transaction history of accounts.
Lock/unlock debit account: Helps customer lock or unlock account thru SMS Banking/ Mobile Banking/ Phone Banking.
Informing the arisen transaction thru SMS: It is service for receiving of message informing on the fluctuation of account balance.

1.2. DAB credit card account: Services being expanded are included as follows:

Enquiring information: Searching of issued credit limit, the rest credit lines, current debt balance etc.
Searching transaction information – Transaction statements.
Informing the arisen transaction by SMS: It is service for receiving of message informing on the fluctuation of account balance.

1.3. Individual deposit accounts (settlement/savings): Services being expanded are included as follows:

Searching the account information.
Searching the transaction information.

1.4. Other services- advantages:

Authentication card: it is the solution of Customers authentication / financial transaction authentication when doing transactions of credit transfer/ settlement thru Customer accounts .
Registration/ adjustment of online service on Internet Banking: Customer can register the service of automatic payment or change the credit transfer limit/ Payment limit of online Debit account on Internet Banking.

2. For corporate customers
2.1. Credit transfer: currently, DAB allows to transfer money from VND non- term deposit account for corporate customers (using one signature) to:

Multi- functional card account
VND non- term deposit account for individual customers.
VND non- term deposit account for corporate customers.

2.2. Enquiring information: Customers can search related information to the account such as:

Searching the account information.
Searching the transaction information.

2.3. Informing the arisen transaction by SMS: It is service for receiving of message informing on the fluctuation of account balance.
