2. Description of product

  • Credit limit: Depending on demand, business scale and capability of debt payment of Customer.
  • Type of currency: VND
  • Interest rate: As provided by DongA Bank from time to time.
  • Loan term: Maximum 12 months.
  • Loan payment method: Term-end payment of principal, monthly payment of interest relative to the balance.


3. Eligible customers and application conditions

  • Vietnamese citizen, having production and trading basement, individual household and small trader etc,  with certificate of business registration.
  • Having clear business purpose and feasible business project.
  • Having legal loan use purpose.
  • Having financial capability to repay of debt, with a part of capital in the project.
  • Having mortgage assets of the borrower or the guarantee's relative.


4. Loan application procedure

  • Loan application form (according to form by DongA Bank).
  • Manufacturing and business project/Explanation for loan use.
  • Copy of ID card & Family record book/KT3 of the individual borrower.
  • Copy of Certificate of business registration, Certificate of business qualification or Certificate of individual household.
  • Documents relating to loan use: Economic contract, invoice.
  • Financial statement, VAT declaration or tax payment receipt, business reports.
  • Copy of documents relating to mortgage assets.
