A. Card transactions at DongA Bank system (VAT included)

Withdrawing in the same city/province where card account was opened:
* Main account holder	Free of charge
* Auxiliary account holder
- Equal and less than 10 million VND	Free of charge
- More than 10 million VND	_At ATM: free of charge _At the counter & POS: 0,055%/Total withdrawn amount (min: 5.500 VND, max 990.000 VND)
Withdrawing in city/province different from where card account as opened:
* Equal and less than 10 million VND / time	Free of charge
* More than 10 million VND / time	_At ATM: free of charge _At the counter & POS: 0,055%/Total withdrawn amount (min: 5.500 VND, max 990.000 VND)

Transfer into another account of main account holder	Free of charge
Transfer into other individual's account:
* In the same city/province where card account was opened:
- Into card account	Free of charge
- Into other account	5.500 VND
* In city/province different from where card account as opened:	- At the ATM: 0,055%/Total transfered amount (min 5.500 VND, max 16.500 VND) - At the counter & POS: 0,055%/Total transfered amount (min 5.500 VND, max 990.000 VND)

8. Overdraft interest rate	As per regulated by DongA Bank for each customer group.
Overdraft interest rate for overdue case	150% of standard overdraft interest rate
9. Card re-issuance fee	Within 3 years since issued day: 50.000 VND/card After 3 years since issued day: free of charge
10. Re-issuance of transaction receipt fee	- Transaction on DongA Bank's System: 22.000 VND/receipt - Transaction on other systems: 55.000 VND/receipt
11. Transaction report sending fee (via post- once every 3 months)	5.500 VND/receipt
12. Printing of detailed transaction report at DongA Bank	5.500 VND/1-month report/time
13. Report printing of 10 latest transactions via ATM	550 VND/time
14. Complaint settlement fee (for unreasonable complains)	- Within 45 days since the day occurred transaction: 55.000 VND/time - After 45 days since the day occurred transaction: 110.000 VND/time
15. Account balance enquiry fee	Free of charge

20. Support to solve incorrect transfer transaction fee	- 22.000 VND/time: supported, but the result is unsucessful - 110.000 VND/time: Supported and successful result

1. Cash withdrawal fee	3.300 VND/ time
2. Account balance enquiry fee	550 VND
3. Printing of transaction report	880 VND
4. Internal account transfer (From Multi-functional card account to Multi-functional card account)	1.500 VND

C. Card transactions at Smartlink & Banknetvn systems (VAT included)

1. Cash withdrawal fee	3.300 VND / time
2. Account balance enquiry fee	550 VND
3. Printing of transaction report	880 VND
4. Internal account transfer (From Multi-functional card account to Multi-functional card account)	1.500 VND

(*) DongA Bank is current having annual fee exemption policy for certain customer groups
(**) Additional fees will be charges when customers conduct transactions in B & C categories at ATMs of VNBC (not DongA Bank), Smartlink and Banknetvn
