- Deferred payment: Payment made after completion of procedures for imported goods or after delivery of services.

Request form for outward remittance (DongA Bank sample)
- Request form for purchasing foreign currency (DongA Bank sample)
- Payment documents:
a. Payment of imported goods:
- Sales contract
- Import and export declaration
- Invoice
- Authorization contract (in case customer is the authorizing party)
- Registration of foreign borrowing and paying issued by State Bank of Vietnam (If the contract or schedule to the contract indicates term of partial settlement or blanket settlement of the contract in more than 1 year
- In case of Advance remittance: Import and export declaration and Invoice will be supplemented to DongA Bank, after completing of import procedures.
b. Payment of service:
- Service contract.
- Related documents, depending on service kind
c. Other payment: Documents as requested by Vietnam provision of foreign exchange management
