DongA Bank developing a series of new utility services for Customer through E-Banking
From late June 2010 to the beginning
of July 2010, in order to provide more utilities for customer, DongA Bank officially
signed a cooperation agreement with Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock
Company on water bill payment service and increases 03 partners of
the service - Online payment through DongA E-Banking.
Details are as
follows:
- On 29/06/2010, DongA Bank
developed new service for Vi Na Group Corporation (VNG
Corporation). Customer can purchase ZingXu online by DongA
multi-function cards to use the services provided by VNG
Corporation on the website
https://pay.zing.vn.
- On 01/07/2010, DongA Bank
officially connected with Payment gate of VINA Brilliant Card
Joint Stock Company on the website https://payment.vnbc.com.vn on Internet Banking
of
DongA eBanking.
- On 05/07/2010, DongA Bank
connected with Viet Union Online Services Joint Stock Company (VietUnion)
to develop payment service when Customer charge electronic pocket
Payoo on the website https://www.payoo.com.vn.
Owning electronic pocket Payoo Customer can purchase - sell -
transact on electronic commercial websites and community
websites accepting payment by Electronic pocket Payoo.
- On 05/07/2010, DongA Bank
connected with Cho Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company to
develop Water fee bill payment service through DongA eBanking.
Accordingly, Customer, who is using the services of Cho Lon Water Supply
Joint Stock Company and having registered for transfer/payment
on DongA e-Banking, can make payment for monthly water bill
easily and quickly through:
- Internet Banking: Accessing
the website https://ebanking.dongabank.com.vn by Computer connected with
Internet or Cell phone connected with GPRS/Wifi/3G (applying
DongA Mobile Internet Banking) and selecting the service
(Bill payment).
- SMS Banking: Writing SMS
with the syntax DAB TTHD [NUOCCL] [Directory number] [SMS
Code] and sending to 1900545464 or 8149
- Mobile Banking: Opening a
window of DongA Mobile Banking application, then select the
service (Bill payment).
Therefore, apart from other bill payment services, which have been
developed such as electricity, telephone, Internet ADSL, tuition
etc, together with the successful connection of water bill payment with Cho
Lon Water Supply Joint Stock Company and previously being Gia Dinh Water Supply
Company etc, DongA Bank has brought really practical utilities for
customer to pay for domestic fee in daily life of Customer. With the
number of partners in terms of online payment increasing, the total number of partners on DongA
E-Banking to 35. |
