1. Introduction
In order
to show gratitude towards customers with educational professionalism,
DongA Bank has developed Teacher Card with privileged incentives
for teacher when banking with us. We are pleased to be able to sharing
with teachers their financial concerns so that they can devote their time in fostering talented
people for our country.

3. Benefits
- Customers shall be able to enjoy all product features of DongA
Multi-functional card and
related promotional programs ( as specified in DongA Bank's notice at
the point in time).
- Customers also can enjoy value added services, as suggested by customers
via 1900545464 hotline or direct suggestions via DongA Bank transaction
offices.

5. Registration:
- Card registration form with picture sized 4x6 or 3x4
- Copy of ID card or Military ID card or Passport (No
notarization needed. Original copy needed for comparison)
- Group registration: List of card issuance
with signature and seal of schools, organizations in Education and
Training Sector
- Individual registration: Copy of Labor
contract or Employment confirmation paper or Copy of personnel decision/ latest salary
rise decision .
6. Preferential credit policy
- Condition
for credit granting:
o Having been working for Training and
Education Organizations in Vietnam .
o Maximum age of 55
years old for female customers and 60 years old for male customers.
- Registration for credit limit
o Filling in
register form.
o Copy of ID card or Military ID card or Passport (No
notarization needed. Original copy needed for comparison)
o Copy of
Family record/ temporary residence book ( Notarization not more than 6
months before)
o Copy of
Labor contract with minimum 01 year (remaining valid time must be at
least 6 months) or working confirmation sheet or copy of personnel decision/
latest salary rise decision .
o Payroll or account statements within 3 latest months.
As for Leadership level - School Managing Board: Income verification
not required,
only Appointment Letter
or Employment confirmation paper needed .

- Policy of fee, interest rate and

With every Teacher Card issued ,
DongA Bank will donate 5,000
dong into Education Development Fund managed by Sai Gon
Marketing Newspaper and Dong A Bank being a foundation member.
