6. Subjects and conditions for card issuance

• Card with collateral security
  • Individual: From 18 years old. Collateral security can be cash, paying a security or saving book
  • Organization: collateral is blockade deposit account

• Card without collateral

  • Individual working in enterprises (private):

    • Having permanent residence status, KT3 in the same area with DongA Bank branch that issue card
    • Staffs, officers with permanent labor contract, minimal valid time of contract is 6 months
    • Minimal monthly income of 4 million dong upward
    • Wage payment via bank account (any)
    • No overdue account outstanding with credit organizations
       
  • Individual working in state-owned organization:
    • Having permanent residence , KT3 in the same area with DongA Bank branch that issue card 
    • Working duration with state-owned organization must be 1 year onwards
    • Without overdue account outstanding with credit organizations

Applicable age for above subjects: From 18 years old 55 years old for female customers and 60 years old for male customers (Including valid card usage time). For special cases of Vietnam Governor offices or Professors and Doctors,  maximum age is 65 years old.
