DongA Bank - Automatic Banking DongA Bank owns over 1,300 Automated Teller Machines (ATM) and nearly 1,500 Points of Service (POS). At present, DongA Bank has successfully connected toover 20 banks. Thus, customers owning DongA multi-functional cards can easily transact at over 8,000 ATMs nationwide.

Meeting the transaction demands by customers owning of DongA multi-functional cards and ATM cards of the bank to be connected to VNBC Banknetvn and Smartlink system:
- Withdrawing of cash at over 1,300 ATMs of DongA Bank.
- Depositing money in account via ATM within 24/24h
- Credit transfer
- Checking of balance
- Purchasing of scratch card for cell phone or internet cards etc.
Customers using DongA multi-functional card also can:
- Pay of premium for Manulife Vietnam.
- Preview of 10 latest transactions on card.
- Changing of personal identification number (PIN).

At present, Customers owning DongA multi-functional cards can transact at over 8,000 ATMs nationwide possessed by the banks to be connected into VNBC, Banknetvn and Smartlink system. List of the banks having ATM at which DongA multi-function card can be transacted and vice versa is shown as follows:
Holder of DongA multi-functional card can withdraw cash and transfer money in internal network at DongA ATM free of charge. When transacting at ATM of other banks, this holder must pay maximum fee of 3,300 dong for withdrawing and 1,650VND for printing of statement, checking of balance and transferring of money.
For such actions as withdrawal and credit transfer carried out the card holder of other banks at DongA ATM, the transaction fee is not specified by DongA Bank, but to be determined by the banks issuing of cards. POINTS OF SERVICE (POS) Points of service are installed by DongA Bank at supermarkets, stores, bookshops and hospitals etc. for customers using DongA multi-functional cards to make payment when purchasing of goods and services or in need of cash advance (to be separately installed in some other points) free of charge.
