The 3rd Honoring Top University Graduates Ceremony - 2010

In the evening on April 2nd, 2010, the 3rd Honoring Top University Graduates Ceremony - 2010 was officially held by Central Youth Union in coordination with HCMC Television, DongA Bank in the City Theater. The program was started at 19h30 and broadcasted live on HTV4 - HCMC Television.

Attendants at the ceremony include Mr. Phan Van Mai - Secretary of Youth Union, Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Loc - Chairman of Vietnamese Youth Association, Mr. Nguyen Quy Hoa - General Director of HCMC Television, Mr. Tran Phuong Binh - General Director of DongA Bank and top graduates, their parents and guests.

In the 3rd ceremony, the program honored 71 top graduates of Universities from Quang Binh to the South. They are not only students attaining excellent academic achievements, but also to be bright examples for remarkable courage, overcoming every difficulty in study and life. The ceremony is also a chance to express gratefulness to quiet sacrifice of their parents.

Some outstanding top graduates honored at this ceremony include: Le Vu Ha (HCMC University of Technology), Nguyen Luong An Phu (Da Nang University of Technology), Nguyen Thi Ngoc Han (Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy), Nguyen Xuan Dat (Nha Trang University). Especially, student Ho Thuy Ngoc Tram is both top university graduate and top candidate of the entrance examination into HCMC University of Law 4 years ago.

Appraising top university graduates and expressing gratefulness to quiet sacrifice of their parents, Secretary of Central Youth Union Phan Van Mai stated "I wish top graduates who are appraised today would continuously make effort in their work, study and set bright examples for the next generations, so that achievements of this generation is succeeded by the next generation, as successive waves and more top graduates would be honored".

Representatives of Central Youth Union, HCMC Television, DongA Bank were offering flowers, gifts, campaign medals for 71 top university graduates in 2010. Above all, people making the programme wish to send a good message: Live, study and work wholeheartedly by heart and enthusiasm, and life will surely become more beautiful and our lives will become a beautiful flower garden
